Who is Cricket Press and how do the Smart Products work?

Cricket Press has been providing a wide range of printed products since 1971. Over the last 50 years, Cricket has continued to expand and upgrade equipment to stay current with current technology. We are now proud to offer our newest printed item--Smart Cards! Through the use of NFC Technology and QR Codes, Smart Cards are the new simple way of condensing and sharing all of your contact information and other information that you wish to convey.

Can I edit my profile?

Yes, simply log into your account and add as much or as little personal information that you wish to share.

Do both people need a Cricket Account or a Smart product?

Nope! You do not need a Cricket account for someone to share their information with you. Essentially having a Cricket account generates a landing page on our website that serves as a personal information sharing tool. Technically you don't even need to purchase a Smart Card to use your account! You can simply create an account, update all of your information, and share your unique URL however is most convenient for you!

How do I activate my profile

Once you have created an account, you will get an email. If you would like to purchase a smart card or some other NFC enabled device, you can do so once logged into your account.

Do we need an app?

No! We do not currently have an App, nor does an account owner need an app to utilize all of the great features their account offers!

Do the people I share with need an app?

Nope! As long as the person you are sharing with either have a device that is NFC enabled, reads QR codes, or can access the internet-- these are the 3 primary entry points for those that you share with to your profile.

How do I easily create multiple cards with the same setup, containing different names?
I saved my design and added to the cart but have artwork changes.

You have the ability to edit an existing design after clicking "Save". However, once something is added to the cart, it is not able to be manipulated. If you need to make artwork changes, remove the card from your cart and start fresh on your new design.

How long does it take after I order to ship?

Your order will ship within 3-5 business days. Keep an eye on our order tracking tool to see when your order has shipped! We strive to get orders out as fast as we can!

How long does shipping take?

Depending on where you are located it may take longer than other areas. Please allow for a full week past the order ship date to reach out about missing packages. If your order still has not arrived, please email info@cricketpress.net

Please allow 3-5 business days from when your order is placed for production, followed by up to an additional week for shipping.
